Resources Organizations Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is a private nonprofit
organization that specializes in substance abuse treatment and has been doing
so for 40 years. Today, Spectrum
is a national leader in substance abuse and mental health treatment, serving
20,000 individuals each year through more than 100 institutional and
community-based programs, from Maine to Washington state. Many of Spectrum's
programs are accredited by the Commission on
Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). (Taken from Spectrum's

Recovery Connection. Massachusetts Organization for Addiction
Recovery (MOAR)
is a Massachusetts based organization. MOAR's mission is “to organize
recovering individuals, families and friends into a collective voice to
educate the public about the value of recovery from alcohol and other addictions”. MOAR encourages people
in recovery to come together so that addiction is treated as a significant public
health issue and recovery is recognized as valuable to all communities.

Service (ARC)
is a nonprofit organization developed exclusively for charitable and
educational purposes. The ARC
provides daily self-help meetings and provides a place for people in recovery
to enjoy fellowship activities.
The ARC is a resource center and provides referrals and education to
people who desire recovery, their families and to the community-at-large.
